EZNet Scheduler Referral Program
Program overview
The purpose of the program is to engage with current customers to drive sales to new ones. There would be an established reward system that can be augmented with periodic special deals.
Rewards
The basic reward for a referred customer would be one month service free, added to the end of the current customer’s term of service. Annual customers would get an additional month at the end of their 12-month cycle. Monthly customers would receive their next not-yet-billed month free.
Mechanics/Systems
The referral program will allow referrals through an official form or by email, text, chat, or phone to an official EZnet account or employee. We want to make the methods of referring as easy and open as possible. The program will be publicized through email to existing customers and on the website on a page called “EZnet Scheduler Referral Program.”
Time stamping referrals
Referrals that come in through the official referral program form will generate an Active Campaign email that serves as a time stamp for the referral. Referrals that come to the company from another source (email, phone, text, chat, etc) must be input manually in the official referral program form to time stamp the referral and begin the referral automation and process in Active Campaign.

Terms and Conditions

- The referral program is open to current customers only. Non-customers who would like to refer customers may enter our partner or affiliate programs (available winter/spring of z2022).
- Customers can refer through a form on the official EZnet Referral Program webpage or by email to an official EZnet email address, phone or text message, or through our online chat. Referral
- Referred customer must sign on to EZnet Scheduler within 30 days of the referral.
- Referrals may not be current EZnet customers or currently enrolled in a Free Trial program.
- Referrals may be former customers who have been off of EZnet services for at least 90 days.
- Referral must be provided to EZnet before the referred customer signs on as a new customer.
- Referral reward is applied to referring customer account when referred customer enters paid service with EZnet. Free Trial participation is not rewarded.
- Referring customers may refer as many times as they’d like.
- There is no limit to the number of free months of service that may be accrued be referring customers.
- The offers in this program are not combinable with other programs or offers.
